Images from Iceland

September 22, 2011 by , under Uncategorized.

About a year ago I went on a trip with friend and fellow photographer David duChemin to Iceland. I posted a few images on the blog at the time, and then forgot to follow up with the rest of the great images we took.

Below is a series photographed at Námafjall, an area of geothermal mud-pools that just looked, well… weird.

I spent a fair bit of time observing the oddness of this place and the groups of people who had come to look it. I shot primarily with the Nikon D3x and a 24mm tilt shift.

you can also catch a bunch of images of DuChemin and myself at work that Brendan tossed up on our facebook page.
